Here's our 5-Step process to buying your home with the HomePros!
1. Meet Your Agent
So you've decided to buy a home. Huge Congrats! The next step is to meet your Real Estate Agent. Did you know as a homebuyer, your Real Estate Agent is COMPLETELY FREE TO YOU?! A HomePro Agent will meet with you to discuss your most ideal home criteria so we can find exactly what you're looking for.
2. Figure Out Financing
After you've met your agent, the next step is to figure out exactly how much you're able and willing to spend on a home. Before you can start looking at houses, you will want to make sure you are pre-approved with a lender. Our personal referred lender can take you through the pre-approval process to figure out what you will be approved for. There are many different loan programs out there that factor your income, work history, and credit score to determine how much you can pay for a home. Obtaining this pre-approval letter before you start looking at houses will ensure that you are ready to make an offer right away so you don't miss out on your dream home!
3. Find Your Home
Time for the home tours to begin! Your HomePro Agent will email you new homes that fit your criteria as soon as they come on the market. Once we find a home that you like, we will schedule a home tour.
4. Make An Offer
Once we've found you the right home, we will work closely with you to write up the perfect offer. We will treat your new home like it's our own and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. Once our offer has been accepted, our transaction coordination team will work alongside you and your agent to ensure that the closing process goes smoothly and hassle-free.
5. Celebrate Your New Home!
